• Sedona Elite cannot guarantee that any of our "no pet" properties are completely free of pet allergens. For those that are pet sensitive, please plan accordingly.
• Sedona Elite cannot be held responsible for internet speeds and connectivity at properties. Sedona Elite will work to maintain the highest levels of internet service and the most up-to-date hardware, but cannot guarantee anything.  It is the responsibility of the prospective tenant to communicate with the internet carrier in order to discuss specifics.
• We highly encourage everyone to make a site inspection in advance of submitting an application or renting a property. Occasionally, prospects look to rent properties "site unseen". Please note that no warranties, implied or specific, are made by Sedona Elite for fitness of a particular purpose. It is up to you as the prospective renter to come forward with any questions as we provide only a warranty of habitability under Arizona habitability law.
• Sedona Elite represents the landlord.  A fiduciary duty is owed to the tenant; however, there no explicit or implied representation.
• Fee disclosure: SEP can and does collect fees from the tenant in certain circumstances which include, but are not limited to, bad check fees; late fees; and pay-or-quit fees.
• In accordance with the Fair Housing Act and applicable state laws, verified service animals and emotional support animals are welcome with appropriate documentation. These animals are not subject to pet fees, pet rent, or pet deposits.
