Properties take a a minimum of five (5) business to prepare for move-in. Rental applications are $40.00 per person
All properties are non-smoking inside and outside. All Owner personal property items remain at the property
NO businesses of any type are allowed to be conducted from any residential rental homes/condo’s
Refundable security deposit and Refundable cleaning deposit (calculated on square footage) apply to all properties. If pets are permitted there is a refundable $500.00 (per pet) pet deposit and a one-time pet fee of $150.00 per pet.
Move-out cleaning includes but is not limited to – if property has carpeting a paid invoice from professional carpet cleaning. Tile floors steamed clean. All windows,screens and tracks (inside & outside) cleaned. Garage floors cleaned of tire, oil, and debris. Changing air filter, light bulbs, adding salt to water softeners.
Tenant pays all utilities unless otherwise noted and must be in tenant’s name on day of move-in. SEPM has no control over private utility companies deposit/credit requirements nor knowledge of any prior utility bill usage
